Refund policy

At Clay'd and Confused, every item is handmade with care and packed securely to arrive safely. If something isn't right, please don't hesitate to get in touch — I'm always happy to help.

Change of mind returns: You're welcome to return your item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact me before sending anything back.

Faulty or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged or isn't as described, please get in touch within 14 days with a photo and I'll make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund. Return postage for faulty items will be covered by me.

Personalised & made to order items: Personalised or custom items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, in line with UK consumer law.
