How long does delivery take? All items are made to order and dispatched from the UK. Please allow 3–7 working days for your order to be made and dispatched. Once posted, standard delivery typically takes 2–4 working days.

Do you ship internationally? Yes! I ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination — please allow up to 14 working days.

Can I request a custom colour or design? Absolutely — many items can be customised. Just leave a note at checkout with your preferences, or send me a message before ordering and I'll do my best to accommodate you.

Will my item look exactly like the photo? As everything is handmade, slight variations in colour, shape and finish may occur — this is part of the charm of buying handmade and makes every piece unique. Colours may also vary slightly depending on your screen.

How are items packaged? All orders are carefully packaged and plastic-free where possible. Most items arrive ready to gift!

What if my order hasn't arrived? If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch and I'll do my best to help track it down.

Can I cancel my order? As items are made to order, please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel. I'll always try to accommodate cancellations before production begins.
